Yes. Article and case mistakes are corrected while you talk, and the nouns you got wrong return as flashcards with their gender, taken from your own conversations.

Standard German — the German you hear on the news and in most workplaces. Verbsy does not teach regional dialects.

Yes. Beginners get slower speech, simpler sentences and more support in a language you already know, and the tutor moves further into German as you keep up. You do have to be willing to speak from the first session — that is the whole method.
